Liz : Good morning,my son needs to see the doctor.
ليز: صباح الخير، ابني يحتاج إلى رؤية الطبيب.
Nurse : Do you have an appointment?
الممرضة: هل لديك موعد؟
Liz : No we just came in because he has been sick since yesterday.
ليز: كلا، لقد آتينا للتو حيث انه مريضا جدا منذ الأمس.
Nurse : Is he in severe pain?
الممرضة: هل هو متألم؟
Liz : No.
ليز: كلا
Nurse : Can you tell me a little about the symptoms that he is experiencing?
الممرضة: هل يمكنك ان تشرحي لي قليلا الأعراض التي يعاني منها؟
Liz : Well he has been coughing and sneezing all through the night, his joints are hurting and he has a runny nose.
ليز: حسنا لقد كان سعل وينف طوال الليل، كانت مفاصله تألمه وكانت انفه سائلة.
Nurse : I see. Well there is a virus going around sounds like he has caught it.
الممرضة: لقد فههت. حسنا هناك فيروس منتشر يبدو انه التقطه
Liz : I don’t know but he is really uncomfortable and he is not eating anything.
ليز: لا اعلم ولكنه بالفعل غير مرتاح ولايأكل أي شيء
Nurse : We will do our best to help your son.
الممرضة: سنقوم بأفضل ما نستطيع لمساعدة ابنك.
Liz : I am beginning to get very worried because he also has a fever that I can’t seem to control.
ليز: لقد بدأت ان اقلق لأنه لديه حرارة مرتفعة ولاأستطيع التحكم بها.
Nurse : Have you been giving him any medication?
الممرضة: هل كنت تعطينه اي أدوية.
Liz : I have it here in my bag.
ليز: انها معي هنا بحقيبتن
Nurse : Good. Let me get some information from you so that we can either find or create a file for your son.
الممرضة: حسنا. دعيني استفسر عن بعض البيانات حتى اقوم بأيجاد او خلق ملف لابنك.
Liz : There should be a file here already.
ليز: يجب ان يكون لديه بالفعل هنا.
Nurse : You have been here before?
الممرضة: هل آتيت إلى هنا من قبل؟
Liz : Yes a few times.
نعم ، بضعة مرات.
Nurse : May I have your name and address please?
الممرضة: هل لي بأسمك والعنوان؟
Liz : My name is Liz Browne of London Avenue.
ليز: اسمي هو ليز يراوني من ميدان لندن
Nurse : And your son’s name?
ممرضة: وما هو اسم طفلك؟
Liz : His name is Drew.
ليز: اسمه درو
Nurse : I will get his file, please have a seat in the waiting area.
الممرضة: سآتي بملفه، رجاء الجلوس بردهة الانتظار
Liz : How long do we have to wait?
ليز: كم من الوقت سننتظر؟
Nurse : Not very long. I will take your son into the examination room so that I can check his temperature and so on.
الممرضة: ليس طويلا. سأخذ ابنك إلى قاعة الفحص حتى اطمئن على حرارته وما إلى ذلك.
Liz : How long after that will we see the doctor?
ليز: كم من الوقت سننتظر بعد ذلك لنرى الطبيب
Nurse : He should be finished with his patient in about 15 minutes.
الممرضة: يجب ان ينتهي مع هذا المريض خلال 15 دقيقة.
Liz : Thank you.
