Responsibilities
1. Organize, compile, update company personnel records, and documentation.
2. Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off.
3. Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
4. Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
5. Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
6. Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
Job Requirements
1. Have knowledge with Iraqi Labor Law
2. Time Management skills
3. Act a team player
4. Typing fast.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Data-Driven Mindset
7. Have a good English Language
8. BSC Business Management or similar relevant experience
