قاعدة used to فى اللغة الانجليزية
وهي إحدى إستخدامات الماضي البسيط وتستخدم كالتالي
لحالة العادات الماضية التي انتهت عادة ما يستخدم مع used to و يستخدم بعدها الفعل فى المصدر .
used to
used to + verb refers to a habit or state in the past. It is used only in the past simple
أمثلة
1-we used to live in a small house
2-I used to walk for miles
1-في الجملة الأولى هو إعتاد على العيش في بيت صغير (أي أنه لا يعيش فيه الآن)
2-الجملة الثانية:هو أنه كان،إعتاد أن يمشي لأميال (أي أنه لا يمشي الآن)

( ing + فعل ) اسم فعل + Be used to *
*** نستخدم هذه الصيغة لكي نعني أننا فعلنا شيئا ما كثيرا جدا لدرجة أنه لم يعد يبدو جديدا أو غريبا 0
من الطبيعي لي أن أفعل ذلك = I'm used to working at night
We're used to living in London
They're used to *****ng for themselves when they get home from school
I'm not used to eating this sort of food
The children aren't used to going to bed late
*** لاحظ أنه لا يوجد زمن مضارع للفعل used to
*** نستخدم زمن مضارع لفعل عادي لكي نتحدث عن أشياء تحدث كثيرا هذه الأيام 0

Be used to
Be used to + noun phr
or verb-ing (in this pattern used is an adjective and to is a preposition).
I am used to getting up early in the morning. I don't mind it.
He didn't complain about the noise nextdoor - hewas used to it.
If you are used to something, you have often done or experienced it, so it's not strange, new or difficult for you.
The opposite of be used to is be not used to.
I am not used to the new system yet.

- used to إذا سبقت ب ( get / be ) فيأتي بعدها بالجملة ( V+ing / noun ) لتعبر عن عادة كانت في الماضي و مازلت مستمرة معي
I am used to wearing jeans.
