We are looking at some contingency plans for our operations in Halfaya ,11 Iraqi consultant mud engineers with experience.
Job Responsibilities:
‐ Work as an onsite leader ensuring our services are delivered in compliance with operational requirements, contractual requirements and OiLSERV safety policies
‐ Provides testing, measuring and supervising services for drilling & completion fluids
‐ Managing inventory and associated logistics
‐ Building professional relationships with customers and other service providers
‐ Communicate on a daily basis, or as required, with the Company`s representatives
‐ Communicate with Operators representative and drilling rig personnel on a constant basis to be fully aware of drilling conditions and to advise the parties of Drilling Fluid condition and mixing/transferring activities.
‐ Responsible to work with all parties at the well site to assist in optimizing the drilling process.
‐ Perform Job Risk assessment before each jobs
‐ Technically, reviews the basic job design with supervisor and gives appropriate input
‐ Assists with the operation and maintenance of OiLSERV equipment at the job site to meet client requirements.
‐ Understand and implement OS SOP and Complete SQ certifications as required
‐ Attends Operation meetings and participates in the improvement of operations project initiative.
‐ Operations log and database: Complete, accurately all section and end of well reports and submit to the office in a timely manner. Ensure that Lessons learned are identified and recorded in end of well reports and communicated to other rig personnel.
‐ Training of new personnel
‐ Mentoring of less experienced personnel
SQ & SSHE (Responsibility, Authority, Accountability including Occupational SQ & SSHE)
‐ Attend SHE fundamental training as required by BL and clients
‐ Strive for Service Quality and SQ QUALITY PLAN implementation.
‐ STOP the job if it is unsafe.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
‐ University degree in science, engineering or technical discipline
‐ Minimum 8 years field experience
‐ Full understanding of API testing requirements for drilling & completion fluids
‐ Ability to create accurate and detailed daily reports and end of section/end of well reports
‐ HSE and SQ skills
‐ Ability to maintain control of all company assests on rig location (inventory, equipment, lab kit,
computers etc)
‐ Ability to teach and mentor less experienced employees
Accountability:
‐ Communication & Working Relations: Good communication in English.
‐ Report any SHE and SQ incidents related to the jobs.
‐ Follow and promote OS 10 keys behaviors
‐ Take all necessary steps to ensure programmed services are delivered with highest possible service quality levels
